Hello beautiful soul,
Find a quiet peaceful place and let's begin our meditation together.
Sit with your crossed legs,
Sit with your spine long,
Rest your hands on top of your knees,
Close your eyes,
Take first deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your nose.
And notice now what you hear around you,
What do you feel around you,
May you hear birds singing or a river running next to you,
May you feel sun on your skin or a wind crossing through your hairs.
And if you can't hear anything or feel,
Then simply imagine what you would like to hear,
To feel.
Take another deep breath in and exhale up,
Observe the sensations of those sounds,
Of those feelings.
Inhale,
Exhale up.
And if your mind starts wonder,
Inhale into your heart and on your exhale let your thoughts,
Your past,
Your future plans fly away from you like a birds flying away or like a river flowing away from you.
Just let go,
Let the past go away.
Inhale,
Exhale up.
When you find peace,
Stillness,
Try to feel nature's energy surrounding around you,
Which helps you to relax deeper and deeper,
Which helps you to feel safe and love.
Inhale,
Exhale up.
Let go.
Now I invite you to repeat this mantra quietly in your mind.

On your next exhale,
Release this mantra,
Come back to your breath,
Take a huge breath in through your nose,
Exhale out,
Bring your hands in front of your heart,
Dip your chin to your heart,
