Welcome to yin yoga practice.
Today I am in a beautiful place I am in Wales in United Kingdom.
Today we are having super hot day so I'm going to guide you through the yin yoga practice which helps to cool my body,
My body temperature.
If you want you can grab a bottle of water or a cup of tea,
Get yourself ready and I see you straight away on the mat.
Let's begin this class seated with feet in front of you,
As usual spine long,
Shoulders relaxed,
Rest your palms on top of your knees,
Close your eyes take a moment and let's take first deep breath in,
Breathe in through your nose and slowly breathe out through your nostrils feel your breath entering your body,
Feel a new energy flowing through each cell of your body,
Breathe in and let it go notice how you feeling right now and if you wish to calm your mind,
To relax,
Focus on your breath.
As you exhale you can repeat quietly in your mind I want to let go,
I want to feel happy,
In peace take a deep breath in through your nose exhale out,
I want to feel that peace lovely,
Open your eyes,
Bring your feet together in front of you,
Hips open or first in yoga pose,
Butterfly pose,
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale around your spine naturally forward,
Rest your forearms to the mat,
Release your head down and bring all of your awareness into your breath inhaling through your nose,
Exhale out,
Soften into this pose,
We will be staying in each pose for a couple of minutes,
Really try to find that place where you can hold each asana for an extended period of time,
Inhaling through your nose,
Breathe out,
Let it go,
Push into the floor,
Lift yourself mindfully,
One more deep breath in exhale out,
Knees together and lay down onto your belly,
Extend your legs behind you,
Let's meet all together into Sphinx pose,
Relax through the legs,
Open your chest,
Look forward,
Slightly engage your lower belly and breathe deeply remember focus on your breath,
Ask yourself what do you feel into this moment and ask yourself what would you like to let go,
Exhale out,
Slowly release your body down and roll over onto your back extend your both legs up to the sky,
Bend your knees just a little bit,
Rest your arms alongside the body,
Close your eyes or you can stay with your open eyes,
Make your own choice,
Now I can see very beautiful clear sky and here you can as well imagine what would you like to see,
Same sky as I can see now or you would like to see the Sun,
The sea,
Mountains perhaps,
Close your eyes and be in that little heaven that you just created,
Exhale out,
Try to relax,
Bend your knees,
Release your feet down,
Open your knees wide into reclined butterfly pose rest one hand on top of your hips another on top of your head,
Breathing through your nose,
Expand your belly,
Breathe out,
Feel your heartbeat into your chest be present release all the thoughts from your mind clear your body with your deep breathing bring your knees back to center,
Stretch your arms over your head,
Roll over to one side and take a few deep breaths in here,
Push into the floor,
Lift yourself up find a comfortable seated position,
Rest your palms open on top of your knees let's finish our practice with one deep breath,
As you inhale,
Reach your arms high,
Look up,
Exhale,
Anjali Mudra,
Hands in front of your heart,
Dip your chin to your chest and you can say for yourself thank you for this moment in your life,
You can say thank you for your being on this planet,

It is incredible that only a few yoga poses can change your day completely,
It can help to relax,
