Hello beautiful souls!

Today we will practice meditation to calm our minds.

If you feel stressed out or suffering from anxiety,

This meditation helps to achieve that sense of calm when you are feeling stressed.

Find the most comfortable seated position,

Lengthen your spine,

Place your hands on your knees or on your thighs,

Relax your shoulders,

Soften your face,

Your eyes,

Relax your jaw,

Close your eyes when you are ready,

Start to bring your awareness to your breath,

Notice any sensations do you feel right now,

Take a few natural breaths,

Each time you exhale release anything you may be holding in your body and your mind,

Any fear or pain,

Perhaps even expectations of how you are supposed to feel right now.

And now begin to repeat quietly into your mind this mantra I choose to be calm and peace,

I choose to be calm and peace,

Repeat this words when any thoughts arrives into your mind as if you will be in silence for 5 minutes.

I choose to be calm and peace,

Repeat this verse when any thoughts arise into your mind as if you will be in silence for 5 minutes.

I choose to be calm and peace,

I choose to be calm and peace,

Repeat this verse when any thoughts arise into your mind as if you will be in silence for 5 minutes.

And now slowly bring your attention to your body and take 3 slow deep breaths,

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale out through your mouth,

Inhale through your nose,

Exhale out.

One more time inhale through your nose,

Exhale out through your mouth,

Slowly dip your chin into your chest,

Blink your eyes and come back to the place around you.

Now,

Slowly bring your attention to your body and take 3 slow deep breaths,

Inhale through
