Good morning world!
Today I say hello for you very early at 5 o'clock in the morning and I invite everyone to join this sunrise meditation.
Morning is one of the most important moments of the day.
The morning shows which direction we will go to today.
Therefore allow yourself to take your time in the morning.
Give yourself the opportunity to start the day with a calm heart.
Sit in a comfortable quiet place,
Maybe in your room or maybe you want to start this morning sitting on the grass in your yard and feeling the touch of nature.
Keep your back straight with relaxed shoulders.
Place your hands on your knees and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath and feel how you feel today,
Feeling rested,
Full of energy or maybe you still want to lay down for a minute.
Feel your heart beating fast or slow with each inhale.
Allow yourself to relax,
Allow yourself to stop for a moment and look around you.
Take a deep breath and try to see the whole world.
Watch the world from above on.
See how quiet the land is when everyone is sleeping and stay here for a moment.
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
See how the sun begins to rise from night into new day.
How little by little the world comes to life again and feel how every ray of the sun gives you warmth,
Light in your heart,
Gives you a new day.
Breathe in and watch the energy flows through your body.
Inhale and let it go.
Face with the sun,
Arise high and stay in this moment of stillness for 8 minutes.
Think of one word that describes how you would like to feel today and repeat it when your thoughts come to mind.
Today chose the word ENERGY.
You can chose whatever you want,
May you want to chose LOVE,
WARMTH,
GODNESS or PEACE.
Choose whatever you want.
And now take a deep breath in and slowly move one finger after another with each touch of your finger to the knee.
Feel how your chosen words fill your body.
Inhale deeply and let it go.
Slowly drop your chin to your heart and move your head slowly to the left and then to the right.
Inhale and just let it go.
Invite some movements into your body,
Into your head.
Inhale,
Let it go.
Come back to center.
Place your hands in front of your heart,
Slowly open your eyes and feel that you are ready for a new journey.
