Hello all over the world!

Today I will guide you meditation which will help you to relax,

To let go,

Where you will find peace within your own soul.

If you are ready,

Let's begin our practice together.

Find a place that brings you joy,

Where you can sit quietly,

Sit comfortably with a straight back,

Place your hands on top of your knees and when you are ready,

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and pay your attention to what you are sitting on.

Is it soft or hard ground?

Do you feel the coolness or warmth from the ground or from the mat that you are sitting on?

Take a deep breath in and feel that you are safe where you are now.

Just feel your breath as it helps you to relax all the muscles in your body.

Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale out very slowly through your nose,

Relax through your nostrils.

If your thoughts come,

Memories keep showing up into your mind,

Just breathe in and imagine a radiant door in front of you.

Go to it and open them.

When you open the door,

See love,

Joy,

Peace inside of that room.

Go inside,

Close the door and leave everything behind that door,

All the memories,

The pain,

You don't need them anymore today.

Stay here for a couple of minutes,

See how good and peaceful it is here and now start to deepen your breath,

Take a huge deep breath and feel how much goodness is in you.

Imagine yourself in front of another door,

Open them and go inside.

This is the door to your new life,

This is the door to the present.

You go home calm,

Ready to carry on your day.

Place your both hands on top of your heart,

Take a huge breath in,

Feel your heart beating into your chest,

Slowly dip your chin to your heart,

Blink your eye and come back to the space around you.
