Welcome.
Find a comfortable seat.
Sit up tall.
Gently close your eyes.
Allow your hands to rest on your knees or thighs.
Hands face up in a pose of receptivity.
Now begin to slow and deepen the breath.
Inhaling to a count of four.
Holding at the top and exhaling for a count of six.
Continuing on like that.
If it feels more comfortable to you,
You can inhale to a count of two.
Hold for a beat and exhale to a count of three.
Just take this opportunity to tune in.
To notice your thoughts.
To notice your energy level.
To allow your body to slow.
To cultivate abundance in whatever form.
We must begin with a solid foundation.
So take a moment to recognize where you are today.
To appreciate what you have.
To give yourself credit for all that you've done.
To feel proud.
To feel strong.
To feel ready to receive.
Continuing to breathe with the extended exhales.
Bring your attention to the place between the eyebrows where the bridge of the nose and the forehead meet.
Breathe into this point.
Imagine a pinprick of light right here between the eyebrows.
As you breathe in each round,
This light brightens.
Now imagine this light expanding out in front of you like a spotlight,
Illuminating whatever it is you would like to see more of in your life.
You may want to see more positive or deeper relationships.
More comfort in your day-to-day life.
More contentment.
More restraint or discipline.
You may want to see more job fulfillment.
More confidence.
Whatever it is,
See that image in the projection just in front of your forehead.
If you can't see an image,
Project the word or words that describe what it is you would like to see more of in your life.
Really focus on this visualization.
Breathing deeply,
Slowly,
Sitting up tall and proud.
Now allow this projection to extend out even more.
It widens and reaches out.
With each breath,
This light grows brighter and stronger,
Radiating outward,
Sharing your vision.
Continuing to breathe,
Focusing on this point between the eyebrows.
Allow the visualization to fade away and just be here now,
Breathing in and out,
Slow and deep,
Sitting up tall.
Feel your belly expanding and contracting slightly with each breath.
Feel your sit bones on the ground,
Your tall spine.
Notice any sensation in the palms.
Just take a moment to appreciate yourself.
To open yourself up,
To receive what it is you want.
To open yourself up to recognize the abundance,
The opportunities that are trying to enter your life.
To commit to showing up,
Doing the work and also allowing the joy to come in.
Enjoying what is here now.
Allow your body to fill with this joy,
All the abundance you already have and all of the opportunities that are coming your way.
Feel grateful for what you have now and what is about to come.
Breathe into each cell of the body,
Expanding,
Allowing,
Creating receptivity,
Openness,
Trust.
Now take a very slow,
Very long,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Hold for as long as you can,
As long as feels comfortable,
Pulling the navel in,
Just containing that energy.
You have to exhale,
Exhale through the mouth.
Two more times like that.
Inhale slow and deep.
Hold the breath.
Pull the navel in,
Sit up as tall as you can and when you have to,
Release the air through the mouth.
One more time.
Inhale as deep as you can.
Feel your entire body sit up very tall.
Feel the light force within you and when you need to,
Release the breath.
Release any limitations,
Any blocks.
And just allow your breath to go back to its normal rhythm.
Roll your shoulders back a few times,
Maybe roll your head right to left.
Allow the thumb to trace the pads of all of the fingers.
And gently blink your eyes open.
One more time.
