I’ve been doing art/talk, and psychedelic therapy for the last several months following a particularly difficult breakup this past summer. Self-worth/love is something I’ve ALWAYS struggled with. Today, for the first time I can remember “I’m proud of who I’ve become and where I am.” felt true when I said it out loud! It was surreal. Thank you for this experience!
