Explore MeditationJan Moller, M.D., approaches his work with empathy, genuine curiosity, and a non-judgmental, caring presence. He places strong emphasis on building trust and creating a safe space where people feel truly heard and supported, enabling them to explore their own inner resources for healing, resilience, and personal growth. Born in Norway, Jan graduated from medical school in Germany. After completing his medical training, he studied Acupuncture in Norway, Singapore, and Spain, and Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation in India. Through decades of integrating Western medical knowledge with Eastern traditions, he has developed a holistic approach to health and healing that honours body, mind, and spirit. For more than 35 years, Jan’s primary professional focus has been psychotherapy. His therapeutic work draws on a broad range of approaches, including Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. In addition to his clinical practice, Jan is a coach, keynote speaker, professor, author, and musician. He has taught stress management, meditation, and mindfulness in companies, business schools, and universities throughout Europe and South America. His music and guided exercises are soothing and restorative, supporting the reduction of stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and deepening meditation and connection with one’s inner being.
