Shaped by personal struggle, years of inner work, and a love of books, poetry, and writing, her work bridges lived experience with professional learning. With a background in law, she also understands the pressures of corporate life and the deep need for a cultural shift toward wellbeing. Her natural, unscripted practices are invitations to slow down, tune in, and rediscover the joy of being awake and alive. Benita is often described as warm and compassionate, with a gentle and encouraging style.
