With a little natural breath awareness and a lot of kindness, this practice offers a simple and soothing reset. There's no need to get it "right" - just take a few moments to breathe, release, and reconnect. Consider returning to this 6-minute pause every day for the next 21 days, allowing yourself to experience the benefits of consistency.
