This is a grounding and embodied meditation, designed to offer you a calming, relaxing, and easeful experience. It's a chance to take a break, unwind and create some space, just for yourself. This practice invites you to reconnect with your body and create an inner sanctuary you can return to, no matter what’s happening around you. There’s no need to sit in any particular posture or silence your thoughts - just find a comfortable place, whatever that may look like for you.
