Give yourself full permission to rest. Let yourself unwind completely in this 20-minute practice. You’re invited to lie down, soften, and simply be. With gentle embodied cues and breath awareness, this offering is a space to relearn the art of rest - no effort, no doing, just allowing. Towards the end, there are a few minutes without the sound of my voice to let you sink even deeper into deep rest. There is no ending bell, so you can choose to remain in relaxation as long as you like or follow my guidance in returning back into your day.
