Frame the end of each day with this gentle guided sleep practice designed to help you welcome deep rest. There’s no need to try to sleep, no effort required. We'll begin unhurriedly - with gentle, embodied cues, and some movement if you like, as you soften into your bed and find as much ease and comfort as possible. You'll be invited to gently review your day, before turning toward gratitude - for your body, your breath, and the gift of rest we are offered each night. With slow, conscious breathing, you’ll be guided to let your body sink deeper into softness as tension melts away. A soothing body scan will then invite each part of you to relax and surrender into stillness. My voice is your companion for around 26 minutes, while the gentle background music by Light_Music via Pixabay continues to play for around 10 or so minutes after that.
