Meditation : Becoming Calm & Preparing The Body For Relaxation
In this first lesson we will meditate in order to let go of what has been happening during the day and take our focus from the outside world back to our inner world. We will feel the breath, feel the body, do some gentle stretching and define a sankalpa or a sleep intention for yoga nidra.

Yin Yoga : Gentle Yoga To Relax The Body Before Sleep
This yin yoga class is less than 20 minutes long but will guide you into the best postures to release any tension you might have accumulated during the day. This will help you clear out space and let your muscles soften, providing your body a sense of relief that will help you fall asleep more easily.
Lezione 3
Yoga Nidra : Relax Into Sleep
This yoga nidra is a short guided meditation that will provide your body and your mind with a deep sense of relaxation. Just note that there will be no words to end the practice - this will allow you to sleep directly after listening to this yoga nidra.
