Day 1 - Rebalancing Breathwork
Rebalancing Breathwork is a beautiful practice that allows for the practitioner to reset and reconnect to their nervous system. In order to be relaxed and at ease, we have to take initentional moments to breathe during the day and this practice is perfect for that. I invite you to practice laying down. Enjoy!

The Perfect Breath incorporates 5.5-second inhales and exhales in order to create a deeply relaxed state for the practitioner. This practice allows the breather to reconnect powerfully with their breath and body quickly and easily. Enjoy!

Box Breathing is an amazing practice that supports deep relaxation, in fact, the navy seals use this practice for regulating their nervous systems when in combat situations. Enjoy this practice lying down or sitting up.

Day 4 - Breath of Gratitude
Breath of Gratitude is a great practice to dive into when you want to cultivatre gratitude and generate a deep felt sense of gratefulness. Practice this breathwork flow anytime you need to relax and cultivate gratitude. Enjoy!
