If your life is anything like mine, it is fast-paced, full of to-dos, and it demands a lot of focused attention! This is exactly why meditation is so important. Meditation can be hard at first, but there are a few foundational steps that will powerfully support your meditation practice and get you excited about meditating daily! This course will guide you to a deeper appreciation of meditation as well as deeply support you in your mindful meditation practice.


Meet your Teacher

Ben Holt is a professional wellness facilitator, Healer, Coach, and Musician. Ben spent years traveling the world, learning healing practices from many teachers around the globe. This includes his intensive Meditation training with the Dev Om Institute Rishikesh India in 2019. Ben has been guiding group meditations for years and is passionate about seeing the benefits of mindfulness and meditative practice in others.
