This course will also invite you to listen, truly listen - to your body, to your mind, and to the unwritten narrative of your life where you are the protagonist. In the concluding sessions, we explore the subtleties of life, training you to notice daily details, tuning into your body's signals, and releasing thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you. Each day's theme is complemented by a guided meditation, designed to strengthen your focus, resilience, and emotional balance. Along with deep experience in EFT (tapping) and coaching, Andrew has spent most of his 30 year career helping people Relax, Change and Create solutions to stress, anxiety, insomnia and physical/emotional barriers to success.

Day 1: Eat The Frog
Day 1 of Mindful Mornings is all about Eating the Frog. It's a principle of tackling the hardest, least appealing but the most rewarding task first thing in the morning. It's about understanding the power of taking action and the sense of accomplishment that comes with it. This concept encourages us to prioritise effectively and manage our time well. Remember, the objective is not to rush through tasks, but to approach them mindfully and steadily. Take your time, focus, and relish in the feeling of accomplishment once your 'frog' is eaten. Welcome to the start of a more mindful morning.

Day 2: Stepping Stones
On Day 2 of Mindful Mornings, we're focusing on "Stepping Stones," breaking down large, potentially intimidating goals into smaller, achievable steps. We'll learn how to take one step at a time, appreciating the progress made along the way. Remember, progress is often a series of small steps, not a giant leap. Each step brings you closer to your goal. Enjoy the journey, be mindful of your progress, and celebrate each stepping stone you cross.

Day 3: What Went Well Yesterday
Day 3 of Mindful Mornings is about reflecting on our achievements with "What Went Well Yesterday?" This session encourages us to focus on our accomplishments, however small, and celebrate them, helping us cultivate a more positive and optimistic outlook on life. Remember, each day brings new achievements. No accomplishment is too small. Celebrate them, be proud of them, and let them motivate you to continue to strive for your goals.

Day 4: Feel Your Fears
Day 4 of Mindful Mornings focuses on "Feeling Your Fears." This session is about acknowledging our fears, understanding their source, and evaluating their effect on our lives. The practice encourages us to face our fears instead of avoiding them, thereby cultivating courage and confidence. Remember, fear is a natural part of life, but we need not let it control us. By acknowledging, understanding, and facing our fears, we can transform them into stepping stones towards growth and self-confidence.

As we move forward, let's carry this sense of gratitude with us, allowing it to strengthen our bonds and brighten our days.

Day 7 of Mindful Mornings centers on "Taking Notice". This session is designed to help you release negative thoughts and old grievances that can burden your mind and drain your mental energy. Remember, holding onto negative thoughts or old grievances only drains your energy. Let's carry forward the lesson of letting go into the rest of our days.
