Cosa imparerai
This course guides you on a methodical journey with Mindfulness and Meditation to the Heart of Source Consciousness itself. It is thorough and interactive. Divided into manageable modules, its overall aim is to assist you to to build a strong personal practice. Depending on your interests and how much Mindfulness and Meditation you have already done, each module could stand alone but are better as part of an integrated whole. The course offers you a good balance between understanding and direct experiencing with exercises, meditations, and tracks to bookmark, to support your learning. In this first module, we explore: - Mindfulness as a natural, innate state of mind and something specific we can identify. - Why Mindfulness is easy to experience but difficult to maintain in everyday life. - Why we need Mindfulness as a training method to help us recover a baseline of awareness and reconnection. - How to create an intention for yourself and how much time and commitment you need to fulfil your aspirations. Mindfulness is not a new therapy or path to follow. It will always be needed as a quiet but revolutionary presence in our lives because it is foundational. *In lesson four there are vocal contributions from Philip Day who is reading out reflections by previous students on the benefits of Mindfulness.

There are testimonials at the end to give you a feel for how transformative Mindfulness can be.
Lezione 5
Gathering Up To Go Forwards

These include an overview of how the term 'Mindfulness' was coined and bloomed in mainstream consciousness in the 80's; how previously it has been practiced for thousands of years throughout all religions, and in Buddhism in particular addresses the existential human condition of suffering. Helpful tracks are signposted to support your learning.
