In this session, we discuss the first principle 'It Is All On You' - highlighting how we need to be the one to take the action necessary to both survive and thrive. No one else can do it for us. This isn't saying we need to do it alone, but it is saying that we need to be the ones to identify and ask for accept and implement the help we need.

Know And Accept Yourself
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Know And Accept Yourself' - the idea being that to take ourselves to a place of thriving, we first need to know who we are and what thriving looks like for us. We need to integrate the shadow, heal old wounds, recognize our limits and our strengths, and accept ourselves in our totality.

Live Honestly
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Live Honestly' - breaking down what it means to be true to ourselves and the world, the importance of discovering, accepting, and/or creating a moral code, and how doing so can positively impact our lives.
Lezione 4
Fight For Yourself
In this session, we discuss the principle of 'Fight For Yourself' - the idea being that we need to be the one who takes the actions necessary to protect and advance ourselves, not in a selfish/egotistical way, but in a way that is backing our deepest and highest truth. We need to do it for us if we want our light to shine brightly and our positive impact to be felt in the world.

Keep Turning Up
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Keep Turning Up' - suggesting that if we keep turning up, we will be successful, provided of course that we are learning from our mistakes as we go. A long-term focus on trending up over time by instilling positive habits is also vital, as doing so creates a process that will result in growth.

Act Now
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Act Now' - highlighting the importance and benefit of not delaying small decisions and actions but rather being decisive and assertive within ourselves, as well as standing for who and what we are by making the choices that align with our highest values.

Balance In All Things
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Balance In All Things' - breaking down and highlighting the importance of ensuring that we are not leaning too far in one direction or another: spiritually, mentally, or physically. It is okay to relax. It is okay to work. It is okay to be you.

Health Is Interconnected
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Health Is Interconnected' - Highlighting how the mind, body, and spirit all impact one another. Thus if you want to improve in one area, all areas are important to work on.

Reframe Pain
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Reframe Pain' - highlighting unique and novel ways in which we can reframe pain, annoyances, and other negative impacts on our lives, transforming them into opportunities for growth and acceptance.
Lezione 10
Write Your Soul's Poem
In this session, we discuss the principle 'Write Your Soul's Poem' - discussing the importance of living a life as if we are the authors of our book as if we have agency as if we are the heroes on our journey. We also recap the previous principles and connect them all.
