Lezione 1
Using The Hands To Trigger Lucidity
This session begins with a brief relaxation meditation, coupled with a repetition of the phrase, “Tonight when I am dreaming, I will see my hands, and realize that I am dreaming.” – this simple mantra-based repetition has a significant ability to prime your dreaming brain to repeat the statement, and thus trigger lucidity. This session also discusses the importance of regularly engaging with lucid dreaming daily because the more often you consider lucidity, the higher your chances of becoming lucid.

Mindfulness For Lucid Dreaming
This session begins with a contemplation of the question ‘How do you know if you are awake right now?’ offering you some insights into the challenges of determining your current state of wakefulness. It also gives you a basic introduction into mindfulness meditation and connects the practice to lucidity – the more you meditate mindfully, the better your ability to answer the questions posed at the start of the session.

Present State Awareness For Lucid Dreaming
Present state awareness meditation is a mindfulness variation that encourages you to focus on the inputs coming from your senses, what you can see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. This practice will help you ground you in your waking life as well as help you to see through the illusion of the dreamscape. It will teach you to see ‘what is actually happening’, beyond the machinations of your mind – in the dream state, this can be the difference between attaining lucidity or not.

The Importance Of Habit
This session will help you to establish a consistent meditation practice that will boost your ability to lucid dream, by both getting you to focus on lucid dreaming daily, but also by ensuring that you practice meditation and thus enhance your skills. This will involve the creation and refinement of a morning and nighttime routine. It will encourage you to start small, so that the new habits do not take from your life. In this way you will be able to maintain them over the long term – thus boosting your chances of attaining lucidity consistently.

Using A Dream Journal & Recognizing Dream Signs
This session highlights the importance of maintaining a dream journal and reviewing it with mindful, introspective awareness. It will help you to recall your dreams. You will notice the trends and patterns of the dreamscape, thus giving you the necessary insights to recognise when you are dreaming. These are known as a dream signs, things that when recognised and focused upon can trigger deep immersion into the lucid dream state.

Reality Checks
This session provides an overview of ‘reality checks’ – things that you can do to test to see if you are dreaming or not. Dreams have certain rules of logic, physics, and consistencies, that differ from waking life. So, when you think you are dreaming, you can perform a reality check to test. In addition, when done in waking life, they will both ground you in the moment, and help to prime yourself to do them when next dreaming.

Stabilizing The Lucid Dream
In this session we discuss how to stabilize the dream once you become lucid. The process of realizing that you are dreaming can be very exciting. In this excitement, it is very easy to become so overwhelmed that you wake up. This session will give you some meditative techniques and tips that will help you to stay calm, stay focused, and ground yourself within the lucid dream.

Meditating In The Lucid Dream
This session provides some advanced meditations, contemplations, and introspections that can be done whilst lucid dreaming – these practices can be quite invigorating and provide you with some deep wisdoms. Once you can enter and control the dreamscape, the meditations within this session will provide you with options for going deep within the practice, asking your subconscious for healing, instruction, and guidance.

Establish A Lucid Dreaming Community & A Finger Induction
This session highlights the benefits of establishing a lucid dreaming community. If you have someone that is as curious as you about the lucid dreaming space, together you will be able to enhance each other’s experience by meditating together and sharing your experiences in the dream state. This session also covers a guided finger induction that will help you to consistently reality check during the day, and thus enhance your ability to lucid dream.
Lezione 10
Nighttime Lucid Dreaming Induction
This session is a lucid dreaming induction, designed to be played at night, just before bed. It begins with a relaxation, and then transitions into a visualization and mental priming that will help encourage you to enter the lucid dreaming state. This induction can be played nightly, until a consistent lucid dreaming practice is established.
Lezione 11
Recap & Review
This session revises and reviews everything in the prior 10 days of the course. It will help solidify your learning as well as further prompt you to contemplate and practice the meditations within. In a week or a months’ time, I encourage you to return to this session to revitalize you by reminding you of the different components of this course. In this way you will ensure that you are best positioned to attain, maintain, and strengthen your lucid dreaming practice.
