Lezione 1
Freedom from Suffering
Why meditate: Freedom from Suffering. Moving beyond stress and fear with meditation. Principles of practicing. Including a guided meditation to help you start or deepen your practice.
Lezione 2
How to Decrease Suffering Using a Meditation Practice
Guidance including observing without resisting or clinging to build equanimity—based on teachings of the Buddha, 25 centuries ago. Including a Vipassana (inspired) body scan meditation.
Lezione 3
Freedom from Thinking
How to go beyond believing every thought in the mind to finding more equanimity and peace. A guided Mindfulness Meditation follows to give you practice.
Lezione 4
Commitment. Neuroplasticity. Equanimity
A lesson exploring your motivation to meditate, neuroplasticity, and equanimity. Including a guided meditation for deepening awareness, increasing equanimity, and finding more ease in your body.
Lezione 5
How to Make Meditation a Habit and How to Go Deeper, Faster
Ways to develop and sustain a meditation practice. Practices to get into a meditative state faster. And a guided meditation incorporating breath awareness and listening with acceptance and nonresistance.

Wonderfully narrated and speaking of sounds coming and going, I was put at ease simply by the tone of the speaker and choice of words. For me, there was plenty of space to reflect, while also being able to tune in and focus. I’m looking forward to using this delivery style in my practice, and as I seek to learn more about my meditative practice Thank you ♾️✨
