Lezione 1
An Introduction To Chakras - Welcome To The Journey!
Are you curious to explore how the chakras affect our human bodies? Just like the earth and objects around us, we humans are made up of energy! The chakras are a core system that govern aspects of our lives through their energetic presence. Today we will look into the physical, mental and energetic ways that a chakra can influence our lives, and I will introduce you to the seven major chakras that we will be working with throughout this course. With an open mind, you can learn about the chakras and embody their energy through unique meditation practices over the next nine days.
We start our journey with a general overview of what a chakra is and what the seven main chakras are all about. We will look at some of the properties of chakras and you will get a little preview of what is to come in the other lessons. The practice session in this lesson is a guided chakra body scan. We will travel through the body, familiarise ourselves with the location of the chakras in the body and feel consciously into the energy centers for the first time.

Root Chakra - Grounding And Connecting
Today is about setting the foundations for your chakra work. The root chakra is our key to finding safety and stability in our lives. By examining the way that this chakra affects our physical and metal wellbeing, we can understand where we may or may not be in balance. This session includes a grounding breathing technique that you can use to invite earth energy into your body.

Sacral Chakra - Finding Creativity
Today we will look at the sacral chakra, the energetic centre of creativity. As we explore the characteristics of this chakra and reflect upon what makes us creative beings, we connect with the element of water and let it flow through our bodies. The embodiment practice at the end is created for you to feel your inner world of creativity and how it is forever flowing and changing in your life.

Solar Plexus - Igniting The Inner Fire
Today we will connect with the flame, the element of fire as we explore the solar plexus chakra. This chakra holds a powerful, energising quality. It can be used to build motivation when working toward your purpose in this world. In this session, we will take a look at where in our lives we feel this fire energy, and where perhaps, we could add a little extra fuel to the flames.

Heart Chakra - Gratitude And Love
Heart energy is that of love, compassion, joy and gratitude. Today, we look at how we can invite more gratitude into our life, and through using gratitude, feel the expansion in our heart chakras. The heart plays a special role of giving and receiving energy in our lives, so it is important to know how to balance and nourish this energy centre and to let the flow of love, circulate just as easy as we can take a breath of air.

Throat Chakra - Affirmations And Clear Communication
The throat chakra is an exploration of sound and communication. To put these into action, you'll formulate some personal affirmations in today's session and then practice speaking them aloud to yourself. How does it feel to express your words and to express your personal truth?

Third Eye Chakra - Intuitive Visualisation Of The Future
The third eye chakra is a place of intuition. It asks us to connect with our own sense of feeling and experiencing without knowing where this sense of knowledge is coming from. It asks us to trust our own inner wisdom and the messages that we receive from ourselves.
To put the third eye into action today, you'll be guided through a visualisation to meet your future self, and to receive messages from the future version of You!
Lezione 8
Crown Chakra - Calling In Universal Light
The crown chakra helps us to connect to the universe around us, reminding us that everything and everyone shares the same life force energy.
We can connect with the crown chakra by drawing in some of this universal light and feeling its warmth and energy as it fills the body.
Think of expanding into a place of unity as you start to activate your crown chakra today.
Lezione 9
Chakra Integration - The Symbol Of The Lotus
This final day of the course invites you to connect with the symbolism and energy of the lotus flower. This flower grows from the darkness, through the muddy, cloudy water, to reach upwards for the surface and the sunlight. Like the chakras, we grow from the depths of our roots, flow in the current and ripples of the water, to bloom from the crown and absorb the light from above.
