Having a daily yoga practice sounds dreamy, but it can be very difficult when having to make time for work, caring for your home and family, and managing your energy. If you're ready to start a daily practice but know you're limited on time, this course is for you! During 5 days, I will share with you a 5-minute movement practice to help you shift your energy. I know that 5 minutes a day may not sound like much, but I am a firm believer that starting super small can create sustainable and lasting positive change. Come as you are.
Laia is an Afro-Catalan accessible and inclusive yoga & meditation teacher. She has practices and has trained in hatha, vinyasa, trauma-informed yoga, somatics, and restorative, and holds E-RYT 500 and YACEP accreditations with the Yoga Alliance. Awaken
Welcome to Day 1 of 5 minutes of yoga a day for 5 days. Today's practice is designed to help you awaken your body, mind, and energy. Perfect for the morning or any time when you want to feel energized and tap into your inner and outer strength. Take a break and enjoy your 5 minutes of movement!
Lezione 2
Focus
Welcome to Day 2 of the course. Today's short yoga session is perfect for when you're having a hard time focusing and you need to get things done. Hope on your mat with me for a centering and fun practice to bring you right to the present moment. Enjoy your focus break!
Lezione 3
Pause
It's Day 3, and it's time to pause and take a break. Let's slow down a little bit and spend these 5 minutes on your yoga mat moving gently and releasing tension. A great practice to do any time you feel like you've been going non-stop and could use a moment to yourself.
Lezione 4
Flow
Welcome to Day 4! You're almost there, my friend, well done. Today's 5-minute practice will reconnect you to a sense of flow. Whether you feel stiff physically or are have a mental block, this mini-session is ideal to get you back into the rhythm of life and the creativity within you.

Release
Congratulations on making it to the last day of the course! Whether you've shown up every day or this has taken you a bit longer, you should be super proud. Today we celebrate by releasing stress. Let yourself soften into this short yet nurturing practice.
