There's a particular kind of resistance that shows up around cramping, headaches, the aches that circle back at certain points in a cycle: racing past it, distracting from it, gritting through it. Laia Bové works from a different premise. The discomfort doesn't need fighting, it needs a witness. The practice itself is simple: find a point in the body that already feels neutral, even comfortable, and let that become an anchor. Let your attention travel in small movements toward whatever discomfort is actually present, staying only as long as it doesn't tip into too much, returning to the anchor whenever it does. Nothing here asks you to be stoic. It only asks you to stay curious.
