In this guided savasana, you are invited to let go deeply of the thinking mind and sink into profound relaxation. We accept whatever arises in the mind as well as in the body, allowing for equanimity and emptiness to clear away tension, confusion, and contraction. There is calm, slow-paced instruction during the first 15 minutes--including detailed attention to proper alignment of the body--and then 5 minutes of deep, silent savasana.
