
Today I Will Let Go...
This meditation is the first in a series of short affirmations that are designed to give intentional focus to a theme. Today we are focusing on letting go, allowing ourselves to just try for today to look at our life through a new lens. Sometimes we are so stuck it can feel overwhelming so we are training our brain to take little steps towards a bigger change. Today we are invited to let go so that we can expand into a higher potential of our life.

Today I will let go.
I will let go all of the tension I am holding and allow my body to relax.
I will let go of all the overwhelm and mental fatigue and set my mind free.
Today I will let go of the pain and sadness that I have been holding so tight.
I will lay down my grief and let love hold me.
Today I will let go of all the negative self-talk and become my own champion.
I will let go of the excuses that I have been hiding behind.
I will let go of procrastination and let my creativity flow.
Today I will let go of anger and choose to uphold my boundaries.
Today I will let go of the shame and guilt and embrace forgiveness.
Today I will let go and just breathe.
