Unbinding Feminine Ancestral Patterns

This meditation is a powerful meditation for those who are stepping into their full presence. During this ritual meditation quantum healing occurs to release old ancestral patterns carried through the female lineage, releasing you to be your unique powerful self.

This meditation is called unbinding ancestral patterns.

If you are called to listen to this meditation,

You are at a time in your life where you are stepping into your unique person,

Your unique being,

Your amazing.

And it is time that you let go the bindings that are holding you back.

In this meditation we are looking at the bindings that have come through your ancestral line,

Through the women in your ancestral line.

And we will unbind them,

Those that no longer serve you and that are holding you back.

Let us begin by taking several deep breaths.

You may even want to create a sacred space before we begin this meditation.

Maybe lighting a candle,

Having your favourite incense,

Or anointing your wrists and your body with oils that invoke a sacred space for you.

When you are ready,

Gently closing your eyes and allowing yourself to be drawn inwards,

Inwards to the sacred place within you.

The sacred place within you that holds all the wisdom,

All the knowledge,

And all the power that you have access to,

That you are a part of.

We call forth your higher self,

Your full self,

Your soulful self,

The Holy Spirit of your I AM Presence now,

To be fully activated within you and around you.

Breathing in and going deeper into the dark womb space that exists within you,

The sacred space of all knowing.

Continue to breathe as you go deeper inwards until you find yourself landing gently in this beautiful sacred space of nothingness.

As you sit floating in the space of nothingness,

You allow yourself to be open and receptive to the healing that is coming today.

Taking a deep breath,

Continuing to drop in to the space beyond all distractions.

As we now call forth from the deep womb space of nothingness,

All your ancestors,

We call forth the women in your lineage.

Those wise women who have guided you throughout time,

Throughout eons of space,

Through all dimensions.

We call you now,

We call you forth,

We call the women of your ancestral line.

We call forth also the teachers and your guides who are ready to support you through this process.

We call forth the energy of Kali and of Mary Magdalene and the order of the Magdalenes.

We call you forth now,

We call you forth now,

Women of old,

Ancestors of old,

Ancient wisdom of old.

We call you now to form a circle around you.

And you may see or feel the presence of many wonderful,

Nurturing,

Powerful beings around you.

This is the becoming of you,

The rising of you,

The unfolding of you,

The unbinding of you.

And as you sit in the middle of this circle,

The ritual begins.

And as the ritual begins,

You feel yourself focusing now within the womb space of this physical body.

The chanting begins and your body sways.

And you allow your body to just be free in whatever movements it wants to make.

You may find yourself moving in a spiral form,

Swaying and moving.

And it is safe for you to do this.

It is safe for you to be free,

To allow your body to move in ways it may not have moved before.

Allow yourself to be free to be you in this moment.

We now call forth your higher self and as directed by your higher self the ceremony begins.

Priestesses of old,

Ancient women of old,

Some that you know and are very close to you step forward.

Each one steps forward and places a rose at your feet.

And they whisper special words of encouragement,

Whispers across oceans of time,

Letting you know that you are supported and it is time for you to be set free.

There is a secrecy to this.

There is a special mystic energy around you.

It is though you know that this is an important initiation.

As the women circle you in a very gentle,

Slow way,

You feel yourself spinning back through time,

Spinning back through time,

Spinning back through dimensions.

And you feel in the small of your back a chord of energy that is being released back through time,

Spinning back through time as time is here now in the present.

As there is no time you become aware there is no time and it is just now you in the present moment with all those who support you around you.

As you release this energy through the back of your lower back you allow yourself to release through all time,

Space and dimension all of the patterns and beliefs that have come through your ancestral line,

Through the women in your ancestral line.

Releasing now the patterns of being small,

Of being limited,

Of being suppressed,

Of being silenced.

Releasing now the patterns of subduing your joy,

Of subduing your passion,

Of being frightened of your power.

Releasing the patterns now,

Releasing the patterns of holding your voice in check.

Releasing these now,

Releasing these now,

Unbinding,

Unbinding,

Unbinding the shackles that have held you trapped in a box that no longer supports you.

Allowing now these patterns to be unwound,

Unbound,

Unbound,

Forever unbound.

We now release you from these patterns,

From these beliefs,

From these restrictions that were here to support you.

Releasing them now,

Unbind,

Unbind,

Unbind,

Unbind.

Releasing now,

Releasing now,

Setting yourself free and as you set it free and you breathe out through the back of your body you notice that there is a beautiful priestess with her hand at the back of your heart.

She is gently spinning out the energy from the back of your heart,

The pain and the restriction and the restriction you have put on love and what love means to you and what love means to a woman.

Releasing that now,

Releasing the burden of holding yourself back in love.

Releasing that now and feeling your heart set free,

Set free,

Set free from not feeling good enough,

From not feeling enough and feeling that you don't deserve everything that you desire.

Allowing now yourself to be completely unbound as the women around you circle you and remove ancient bindings that at first were not able to be seen by the naked eye but you see it now.

As though many shackles are being released from you,

Cloths that have bound you tight are now being released and you are able to breathe more deeply.

Expand now beloved one,

Expand now and feel the power arising within you,

The power that is you,

That says I can be and do whatever it is that I desire.

It is time,

It is time,

It is time,

Unbound forever,

Unbound forever.

Releasing all of the voices of the past,

Releasing all the voices that would say you are not enough,

Releasing the voices that say women cannot do what they desire,

Releasing the voices that say women are to play second to a man,

Releasing the voices that say women can't be powerful.

Releasing all the voices,

Releasing the pain and sorrow of hardship that women in your line have had to deal with.

Releasing and healing,

Releasing and healing,

Releasing and healing as you stand here in your willingness to be unbound,

You heal all of those in your ancestral line and it is done,

It is done,

It is done,

Setting them free,

Setting them free,

It is done and you are free.

Liberation is yours as Kali comes through and releases you from the attachments of old.

Breathe deeply now dear one and allow your spirit to soar.

Allow yourself to be loved as you are,

As you were meant to be,

Blazing now in a light of glory,

Standing there in the fiery divine light that you are,

Blazing now your light is so bright that it dispels all fears that are coming from the dimensions of old.

Allow your light to blaze and dissolve all fears of old,

These are old patterns,

Echoes of old patterns that have just been released,

The echoes now are being dissolved in the fiery energy of all that you are.

Allowing the energy that has erupted to escape through your crown chakra and be released into the consciousness of mankind,

To the consciousness of humanity,

Releasing all women now,

Releasing and upgrading the consciousness that says women are powerful,

Women deserve to be powerful,

Women deserve to be free.

It is time,

It is time,

It is time.

Just allowing yourself to adjust to the new found freedom in your body.

You notice now that the women have stopped circling you and are sitting quietly around you.

You look down into their faces and see them glow with joy.

They are happy,

They are free.

And so are you.

You sit down now.

If you are not already.

In the middle of the circle.

One by one they come and anoint you with oils.

Sealing the initiation.

And as each one comes forth they whisper words of wisdom and encouragement.

And you receive these words as talismans that will now protect you in the future.

Words of encouragement,

Words of empowerment,

Words of wisdom are now your shield.

You receive these with gratitude.

And then when it is done,

They fade into the background and with great thanks.

You step forth out of the circle as the new woman that you have become.

With gratitude,

Empowerment and confidence to be you.

There is nothing stopping you now.

There is nothing stopping you now.

You can be all that you wish to be.

And you are ready.

It is time.

Allowing yourself now a moment to integrate all of the energies that are flowing through you.

Any excess energy,

Breathe in and release out through your hands into the earth and through your feet into the earth.

Becoming aware of the room that you started in and feeling the earth beneath you.

And sending all of the love and change and power into the earth.

Feeling it rush through your body and out through your hands.

And feeling yourself grounding into the mother.

Supported by the mother.

Feeling it one with the mother as you have never felt before in this new found power.

You have now released the bindings and shackles that would hold you back from knowing that you are divine,

That you are the mother.

And now it is that you can commune with the mother.

And feel her power and support and comfort as she grounds you now into this awareness.

Taking another moment to feel yourself fully supported and loved.

And then when you are ready,

Opening your eyes,

Ready to start your new life.

As the new you that you have become.
