Welcome to today's meditation.
A meditation to feel protected and safe as you go through your day.
Gently getting yourself in a comfortable position with your spine straight as comfortable,
With your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting gently on your legs with the palms facing upwards and gently closing your eyes and going inwards drawing your attention deep within as you breathe in and gently breathe out.
Gently connecting to the rhythm of your breath and getting yourself into a centered place.
Continue breathing in and out with every breath feeling more relaxed and more centered and then imagining yourself sitting in a column of beautiful light.
It stretches way above your head as far as you can imagine.
Breathing in from that light all the way down that column in through the top of your head and down through the center of your body,
Passing through the mind,
The throat,
The chest,
The sole plexus,
The stomach area and down through the base of the spine and continue down into the earth.
Breathing then up from the earth and going all the way back up through the body through this column of light and exhaling out through the top of the head sending it heavenwards and once again breathing in from the top breathing all the way down through the top of the head all the way down through the body and down deep into the earth.
Once more breathing up from the earth breathing up through the body bringing up the energy of the earth all the way up through the body and out through the top of the head and sending it upwards and one more time breathing in all of the consciousness and life force down through that column of light in through the top of the head all the way down through the body deep into the earth.
You can do this exercise for as long as you would like but at least do it three times breathing in from above and up from the earth and one last time breathing in from above and bringing the energy all the way down into the heart area in the middle of the chest then bringing up from the earth the energy of the earth and bringing that up into the heart space and allowing the two energies now to merge there in the center of your body in the chest and breathing in and out of this heart space area and as you do you allow the energy of love to flood your heart space and it goes out all the way into your aura and it forms a bubble of light all the way around you.
This bubble forms a protection so that you can go through your day feeling safe and protected.
Continue to breathe the energy in from above and below filling the heart and then sending out from the heart into this beautiful bubble of protection that surrounds you.
Breathing in until you feel that the bubble is full and complete and then say I am protected I am safe and loved I am protected I am safe and loved.
We now ask that that bubble be protected and sealed and when you are ready bringing your attention and focus back into the room knowing that you have expanded your energy field into this bubble of protection and you could go through your day feeling safe and protected.
Opening your eyes when you are ready with a great big smile ready to face your day.
