This women-only retreat offers a rare opportunity to step out of daily life and into deep nourishment. In the intimate setting of a home studio just outside New York City, you'll experience a day designed to awaken all your senses and reconnect you to what it means to truly feed yourself - body, heart, and spirit. Through sound healing, hands-on cooking, mindful eating, and ritual blend creation, you'll explore nourishment as a full-body practice. Limited to 10 participants, this retreat creates space for authentic connection, presence, and the kind of transformation that comes when we slow down enough to actually feel what nourishes us. You'll leave with practices you can take home, a custom ritual blend you've created, and a renewed relationship with how you nourish yourself in all areas of life.

The philosophy of Old World Arts and Crafts' organic beauty is clearly evident in this home. The Cedar and Stone exterior immediately captures your attention as you enter through the heated wrap-around front porch to a Dutch door entry and three-story main foyer. The generous first-level floor plan includes a large living room, formal dining space, open porch, heated sunroom, library with fireplace and rustic kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry station and powder room. There are plenty of windows and glass doors throughout the first level, offering sensational natural sunlight and stunning views of the blooming gardens. The second floor offers four bedrooms and a full bath. The master has walk-in closets, and the second bedroom has an adjoining covered balcony. All rooms are generous in size. The third level offers two more bedrooms, including a private bedroom bath, perfect for an Au Pair. Hardwood floors, stunning woodwork, pocket doors, a built-in window seat, and period details are on display throughout. The nearly half-acre of property is a rare find in Colonial Heights. Lush lawn, blooming perennial plantings and a thriving vegetable garden can be found in the surrounding property. This special home showcases the perfect blend of nature and craftsmanship. All meals are prepared with organic, seasonal ingredients and served family-style to encourage connection and presence. We'll cook together using simple, nourishing recipes that celebrate whole foods and mindful preparation. The menu is primarily plant-based and can accommodate most dietary needs. Light refreshments and tea will be available throughout the day. What we cook together will depend on the season, but expect delicious food that invites you to slow down and actually taste what you're eating.

10:00 am | Arrival and Welcome Arrive at the studio, settle into the space, meet fellow participants, and set personal intentions for the day ahead. 10:15 am | Opening Sound Bath (45 minutes) A deeply restorative sound healing journey using gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and vocal toning. You will lie comfortably as the sounds ground you into presence and gently open your senses for the day’s exploration. 11:00 am | Transition and Bathroom Break (15 minutes) 11:15 am | Hands-On Cooking (75 minutes) Working in small groups, you will prepare a nourishing meal together. This is more than a cooking class. It is a practice in presence, curiosity, and collaboration, where the act of cooking itself becomes a form of meditation. 12:30 pm | Mindful Meal (45 minutes) We gather to share what has been created, exploring our relationship with nourishment, food, ritual, and what it means to truly feed ourselves through thoughtful conversation and reflection. 1:15 pm | Transition and Space Reset (15 minutes) A brief pause to shift energy and prepare for the afternoon practice. 1:30 pm | Ritual Blend Creation (60 minutes) Each participant creates a personalized tea blend using carefully curated organic ingredients, guided by intuition and intention, to take home as a ritual extension of the day’s nourishment. 2:30 pm | Integration Circle and Closing (30 minutes) We come together to share reflections, insights, and intentions moving forward, closing the day grounded and connected. 3:00 pm | Departure

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
