Dear amazing one,
Take a great big breath and welcome in the day.
Today is going to be a great day.
Breathe,
Receive this breath of life.
Exhale,
Release,
Letting go the dreams of the night.
Breathe,
Feel your inhale,
Feel your exhale.
Allow yourself to welcome the energy of gratitude for this brand new day.
Notice your body responding as you breathe deeply,
Drawing in the gift of this day,
Sending the energy down through your body,
Waking up every cell.
Breathe,
As you stretch your imagination now,
As though you can reach the Sun itself and drink in the vibrant energizing light.
Taking it in through the top of your head and allow it to go all the way through the center of your body,
Awakening every energy center as it moves through your body to the base of the spine.
And exhale as you give the energy down into the earth,
Feeling the earth's response now as you breathe in all the nutrients,
The love and the support that you will need today.
Pulling this energy up from the earth as you breathe in,
All the way up through the feet,
Through the legs,
Giving your body vitality,
Strength and energy.
This vibrant energy to help you move through the day with a bright step,
With a smile and happiness,
Feeling energized.
Breathing it all the way up,
Awakening all those energy centers again on the way back up and then exhaling as you release it out through the top of your head.
Breathe,
Bringing your attention now to your heart,
Relaxing now as you tune into your natural rhythm.
I invite you now to place your hand on your heart,
Feel the beat,
Notice the rising fall as you just breathe,
Feeling safe in the sacred pause between beats.
The space where infinite potential awaits you,
Opening your heart to the love that resides within you,
Feeling it flow through your body with every heartbeat.
Gifting yourself the energy of inspiration,
Compassion,
Kindness and abundance.
Allowing the warmth to flow through your body,
Soothing your nervous system and relieving any anxiety,
Hurry or stress.
Knowing that your body is rejuvenated and restored after a great night's sleep.
Remembering that you have received exactly the amount of sleep that you required for you to get through today.

Feel your inhale,
Feel your exhale and now bring your attention to your mind as you allow the breath in and allow the element of air to flow through your mind,
Clearing the space.
Exhale as you release any residual doubts or confusion,
Ready to focus on your day ahead.
Breathe,
Allowing now to feel the element of water as it flows through your body,
Reminding you that you can flow through this day with ease and grace.
That you have phenomenal coping skills and that you can flow around any obstacle that appears.
That you can let go of any expectations of being perfect and you can let all of those expectations flow out of your body and mind now.
Breathe and you can replace those expectations with the truth that you are enough,
You are enough,

Breathing that in and knowing that as you know that you are enough you can move through this day with a vibrant step.
That you have phenomenal coping skills.

That you are worthy and you deserve to have the most amazing day.
Breathing that in and sending that out and knowing that as you move through this day that you are enough,
That you are worthy and that you can move through the day feeling alive and confident.
Breathing that in and remembering that you are enough and that your intentions will carry you through the day,
That you can discern what is right for you in the moment as you move through this day and you remember that you are enough.
Breathing it in and filling your body with this truth that you are enough and you are ready and you were always enough and always will be enough and it is time for you to get ready for the day.
To remember that you have a bubble of intentions waiting for you.
Breathing in those bubbles of intention now and letting them fill your body and allowing your body to adjust to what it is that you would love to do today.
That your intentions are now ready and are now vibrating through your body and you are sending out the message and vibrations of the intentions that you wish to have today.
