Without force, without effort, the body starts to soften on its own. This is where a deeper shift begins - not through control, but through seeing what was always there.

In this session, you’ll uncover a powerful shift in understanding - why your body can still feel active even when your day is done, and nothing is actually wrong. The pressure to “fix it” fades… and the body starts to settle on its own. This is the moment where resistance drops - and real calm begins to return.

The intensity changes, the edges soften, and the body begins releasing on its own - like a wave that cannot hold its peak forever.
