Ce que vous apprendrez
Overwhelm can feel like everything is happening all at once, as if the entire day is pressing up against your chest. But often, it’s not the tasks themselves that exhaust us. It’s our resistance to them. The tightening. The story that we have so much on our plate. This 7-day meditation journey is an invitation to release that resistance and soften into your days. Through short, reflective practices, you’ll learn how to release tension in the body, change the inner language that keeps overwhelm alive and move through your responsibilities without tightening against them. Each day builds on the last, guiding you toward a way of living that feels present, relaxed and sustainable. These practices are simple and ideal for anyone. For full days, busy homes and minds that don’t always slow down easily. Over the 7 days, you will: Reduce overwhelm by focusing on one day at a time, notice where resistance shows up in your life, soften the body so the mind can widen, change the language that keeps overwhelm alive, create space between who you are and what you’re feeling, discover effort without force and begin living softly; meeting your full life without tightening against it. If you’re ready to move through your days with softness instead of strain, this is for you.

Leçon 1
One Day at a Time
We often struggle with consistency because we overcommit ourselves to too many things at once. In this opening practice, you’ll learn how to simplify your focus and return to just one day. By releasing tomorrow and setting aside what isn’t urgent, you’ll create space to meet today with presence instead of pressure.
Leçon 2
Meeting Resistance
Resistance is often the culprit of our stress and overwhelm; not so much the tasks themselves. In this session, we’ll explore how to notice resistance in the body and soften it instead of pushing through. Through guided awareness, we’ll practice relaxing first, then acting.
Leçon 3
Soften The Body
The body often holds tension long before we consciously realize it. In this practice, we’ll use breath and gentle body awareness to release physical rigidity. When the body softens, the breath moves freely and the mind has the capacity to see things clearly.
Leçon 4
Changing The Language
The phrases we repeat, “I’m so busy,” “I don’t have time,” “There’s too much to do”, shape how we experience our lives. For today, we’ll explore how to recognize overwhelm in our internal language and shift perspective by distinguishing pressure from truth.
Leçon 5
You Are Not Your Emotions
Emotions are movements of energy. We experience them, they do not belong to us. In this practice, we’ll explore the difference between “I am” and “I feel,” creating space between who we are and what we’re experiencing. This subtle shift allows emotions the freedom move through the body. When they have the freedom to move, the body softens.
Leçon 6
Effort Without Force
There is a difference between doing things with effort and doing things with force. With force, everything is tense, the breath is shallow, and the body is bracing. With effort, everything flows, and the breath can move easily. In this practice, we'll explore the difference. We'll feel how just by bringing conscious awareness to the breath, it naturally lengthens, and the body softens. Then, we can act without rushing or bracing.
Leçon 7
Living Softly
This final practice brings everything together. We’ll reconnect with the stillness beneath the noise of daily life, release the energies that keep us braced and guarded, and connect to our true nature. Living softly is not about doing less; it’s about meeting life with less resistance and more presence.
