Hey Mama,

This meditation can be practiced at any point in your pregnancy,

Embracing the journey ahead of you with tenderness and strength and courage,

Finding a comfortable position,

Whatever comfortable position works for you right now and allowing your body to settle as much as you can into relaxation and ease,

Softening your gaze or closing your eyes and letting the world around you blur into a gentle haze as you turn your focus inward.

As you begin to connect with your breath,

You can notice the soft rise and fall of the belly and the chest,

With each inhalation inviting a sense of calm and ease and with each exhalation releasing any lingering tension that you're holding on to.

Rest in the unwavering support of the earth underneath of you,

Grounding you,

Holding you.

You are safe here.

You are supported and deeply loved.

Can you feel the support as you drop your awareness into your body?

Honoring this incredible vessel that carries you through this life.

Feel the gentle swell of your belly,

This tender embrace that holds a precious new life inside,

With each breath offering deep gratitude to your body for its wisdom and strength,

For this innate ability to create and nurture life without thought or conscious effort,

Trusting in this innate knowing,

Repeating to yourself,

I trust in the wisdom of my body.

I trust in the rhythm of life unfolding within me.

I am strong,

I am capable,

And I am supported.

And for the next few moments,

Begin to visualize yourself surrounded by a circle of loving beings,

Ancestors,

All of the mothers who have come before you,

All of the people in your life currently that support you.

Allow them to hold you for a moment in their tender embrace.

Allow them to hold you for a moment in their tender embrace,

Offering their support and their wisdom.

Feel their presence strengthening you,

Uplifting you,

Reminding you that you are never alone in this journey.

You are held,

You are supported,

And you are strong.

Trusting in yourself,

Trusting in the wisdom that resides within you,

Guiding you along the path of motherhood with strength and ease.

You are ready for this.

You are loved.

You are held.

You are stepping into your power,

Embracing this role of creator and nurturer with grace and courage.

Softly coming back now to the room that you're in,

Coming back to your body in this moment,

Moving into this next season of your life with the unwavering trust and support in your own innate wisdom and strength.
