It's time to get comfy and cozy in your bed and rest your body.

Can you snuggle in your blankets and rest your head on your pillow?

And can you take a big breath with me?

Can you hear the sound of your breath?

Do you hear any other sounds in the room?

Get really quiet and listen to any sounds that you can hear.

Can you listen really hard for sounds far,

Far away,

Maybe outside of the room or outside of your window?

Now what about sounds really,

Really close?

Can you hear the sound of your breathing?

Now can you think about all of the wonderful and fun things that you saw with your eyes today?

Did you see people that you love?

Did you see trees outside or grass or maybe snow?

Did you see clouds in the sky or the moon or the stars?

What all did you see with your eyes today?

Can you remember?

Now can you feel your body in your bed right now?

Can you feel how soft and comfy your pajamas are?

How comfy and cozy your blankets are?

Can you put your hands on your tummy and feel your breathing?

Do you feel how your tummy moves while you breathe in and out,

In and out?

Now can you take another big breath in,

Feel your belly get bigger and out?

Can you hear yourself breathe?

Now we're going to get your body nice and relaxed.

Can you wiggle your toes?

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Great.

Now stop wiggling your toes and see if you can relax your toes,

Your feet and your legs.

Let your feet go all floppy and your legs heavy.

Good.

Now can you make your tummy wiggle from side to side?

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Okay.

Now let's stop wiggling your tummies and see if you can make your tummy soft,

Like a big,

Soft cloud.

Can you take another deep breath in with your tummy?

Now can you relax your arms and your hands?

Can you make your fingers wiggle now?

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Great.

Now let's stop wiggling our fingers and see if you can let your arms and your hands be soft and floppy and heavy and relaxed.

Now can you gently wiggle your head from side to side?

Side to side.

Good.

Now let's stop moving and let it relax.

Can you rest and relax your head on your pillow?

Soft and still.

You are safe,

You are warm and you are so loved.

Now as you lay here with your eyes closed,

Can you imagine in your mind that you see a fluffy little friendly creature in your window?

Is that a unicorn?

A magic dragon?

What is it that you see out of your window?

It's so cute and so fluffy.

You say hello to your new little friend and it asks you for help.

Your new cloudling friend is lost and needs help finding the softest,

Comfiest cloud to rest on for the night.

Can you help?

Your new friend takes your hand and you fly up,

Up,

High up in the sky.

Wow!

Look at all of the beautiful stars.

And as you drift through the night sky with your new fluffy friend,

You notice all of the fluffy clouds around you.

You stop on one that looks absolutely perfect.

It's big,

Fluffy and it looks so comfy.

You snuggle in and take a big breath.

You feel your body rest a little bit more.

But you notice that something isn't quite right.

This one feels just a little too lumpy.

So,

You and your friend decide to set off to find another one.

As you drift and float across the night sky,

You see another cloud that looks even more perfect.

This has to be the one.

You both land on this new cloud and you snuggle in.

You rest your head and your body and you take a big breath.

You feel your body rest even more.

But something still isn't quite right.

This cloud is much comfier than the last one,

But this isn't the one.

It's still just a little too lumpy.

So you set off to find another one.

You and your new friend drift and float in the night sky.

And then you see the perfect cloud.

You know in your heart that this is the one.

This is the biggest,

Fluffiest cloud you have ever seen.

Sitting just under the beautiful glowing moon.

You stop at this cloud and both of you snuggle in and rest your head and your bodies on the cloud.

You both take a big breath.

You feel your body relax even more.

This is the comfiest,

Coziest,

Warmest cloud you have ever felt.

Your whole body feels heavy.

You feel so safe next to your cloudling friend.

You are protected and covered with the glowing moon's soft light.

You feel your body breathing in and out,

In and out.

Every breath you take you feel even more relaxed.

Your body is resting,

Your mind is calm,

And your heart is so full of love.

Slowly,

You drift off into a restful sleep filled with wonderful dreams.

You and your little cloudling friend.

Good night little one and sleep well.
