It's time to get comfy and cozy in your bed and rest your body.

Let's start by making our body really,

Really soft,

Starting with our legs and our feet.

Can we wiggle our toes?

Wiggle,

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Good.

Now stop.

And see if we can relax our toes,

Our feet,

And our legs.

Let your feet go all floppy and your legs heavy.

Now can we make our tummy wiggle from side to side?

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Good.

Now let's stop wiggling our tummies and see if we can make them really,

Really soft,

Like a big,

Soft cloud.

Can you take a deep breath in with your tummy and let it go?

Good.

Now can we relax our arms and our hands?

Can we make our fingers wiggle now?

Wiggle,

Wiggle,

Wiggle.

Great.

Now let's stop wiggling our fingers and see if we can let our arms and our hands be floppy and heavy and relaxed,

Just like our legs.

Now can we gently wiggle our head from side to side?

Side to side.

Now let's stop moving and let it relax.

Can you rest and relax your head on your pillow?

Soft and still.

You are safe.

You are warm.

And you are so relaxed.

Now let's take a big,

Deep breath in and sigh it out.

Let's do that one more time.

A big,

Deep breath in and let it go.

Now snuggle cozy in your blankets and it's time to close your eyes.

Feeling soft and warm and safe in your blankets with your head resting on your pillow.

Now can you imagine a beautiful glowing moon glowing right above you?

This is your very own sleepy moon.

The sun has gone to sleep.

And your sleepy moon is here to help you feel calm and happy as you drift into sleep too.

Can you see that the moon is smiling at you?

And it whispers softly,

It's time to rest.

And the moon's soft,

Warm light wraps around you like a warm,

Soft,

Cozy blanket.

Making you feel so safe and so happy and so sleepy.

You feel warm and so comfy cozy in your bed.

Covered with the moon's soft light.

Your body feels heavy.

Your breath is slow.

And your heart is so full of love.

Your sleepy moon is still here.

Glowing just for you.

Keeping you safe and warm while you sleep.

You are warm and safe.

And ready for beautiful dreams.

Your body is resting now.

Your heart is happy.

And your sleepy moon is watching over you.

Goodnight little one.

And sleep well.
