The sun has set and with it the world shifts into stillness.

The light fades,

The air cools and the pace slows.

There is no urgency now,

Nothing to chase,

Nothing to solve.

Let yourself arrive fully in this moment,

Sitting comfortably or lying down in bed.

Closing your eyes now and taking a moment to acknowledge all that today has brought you,

The conversations,

The choices,

The movement of time.

Let yourself for now see it all without judgment,

Without the need to change anything.

Gathering it all now,

The thoughts still circling in the mind,

The tension still lingering in the body,

The weight that you didn't realize you were carrying.

And with your next inhalation hold it gently,

Releasing your exhale out of the mouth,

Letting it all go.

Not because it doesn't matter,

But because you don't need to carry it with you now.

Breathing in,

Honoring all that today was,

All that it has brought you.

And breathing out through the mouth,

Releasing it now,

With each breath letting go,

Releasing the day piece by piece,

Letting the tension melt from your shoulders,

From your jaw,

From the space between your brows.

Whatever was unfinished will wait.

Whatever felt heavy does not need to follow you here.

The day belongs to the past now.

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in this moment right here.

Darkness has a way of softening things.

The sharp edges of the day blur,

The urgency fades,

And what once felt pressing now feels distant.

The night asks nothing of you but to rest,

A time of stillness,

Of renewal,

Of returning to yourself.

Can you let yourself surrender to it,

To be held by it?

Feel the gentle pull of the night settling over you like a soft warm blanket,

A deep exhale,

Like the earth itself reminding you,

You can let go now.

Let your breath be slow and deep,

Let your muscles soften,

Let yourself be held by the quiet.

The world effortlessly moves through cycles,

Day into night,

Light into dark,

Effort into ease,

And know that you are part of this rhythm.

Know that you don't need to stay in constant motion,

You were never meant to push forward without pause.

So right now,

Just know that there is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to figure out,

Just be here.

The night does not ask you to be productive,

It does not ask you to perform or to prove,

It only asks that you rest.

So let yourself lean into this quiet,

Let yourself be cradled by it,

Feel the day loosening its grip on you,

And the night has arrived to gather all that has been unfinished,

All that is unsettled and to hold it for you till morning.

You don't need to hold it now,

Let the weight slip from your shoulders,

Your breath slow and deep,

Let yourself be carried by the quiet,

Let it hold you,

Let it restore you,

Let yourself
