In this lesson, Christopher talks a little about the benefits, including some scientific research to back up those claims. He then introduces the first stage of the practice, loving kindness to oneself.

Meditation On The Benefactor
In this lesson, we move to the next stage and introduce a benefactor. This is a person who is easy to love. A good friend, a child, or a pet can be a good subject for this practice. It is often at this stage in the practice that we begin to feel the heart open.
Leçon 4
Expanding Loving Kindness To A Neutral Person
In this lesson we expand on the practice and introduce the neutral person. This is significant because it teaches us to value beings in our lives that we otherwise ignore. Imagine how different our experience of life would be if we felt our heart opening to all beings, around us, at all times of the day, rather than just at home with loved ones.
Leçon 5
Sending Loving Kindness To The Difficult Person
In this lesson, we work with the difficult people in our lives. This is sacred ground. This is where the transformation can shift our consciousness. It is very difficult to do this part of the practice, but it holds so much value if you can let go and give it everything you have.
Leçon 6
Sending Loving Kindness To All Beings
This is the final stage of the practice. We work through all of the previous subjects and then finally send loving to all beings, everywhere. This is a longer practice, with the emphasis on the final stage.
