We are going to set the day so that we can rise above any challenge and meet the world from a place of gratitude, awareness, and joy rather than our usual patterns of mindless reaction.

Affirmations are a great way to guide our lives in a meaningful direction that aligns with our deepest values.

Listen to these every morning for a week at first and watch for changes in your life.

We are going to set the day so that we can rise above any challenge and meet the world from a place of gratitude,

Awareness and joy rather than our usual patterns of mindless reaction.

Sit or lay down in a quiet place and close your eyes gently and relax and focus for a moment on your breathing.

Feeling the expansion and contraction of the body wherever you feel it.

As the breath comes in say to yourself in your mind rising and as your breath goes out say falling,

Rising,

Falling.

Trying to remain with the changing sensations in the body brought about by the breathing process.

When your mind wanders bring it back to the breath.

Relaxing,

Preparing our mind.

Now we will start our affirmations.

I ask your subconscious mind for permission to accept these affirmations as a truth which will slowly dawn upon you and bring great transformation into your life.

Repeat after me either aloud or in your mind.

I do not know what will happen today but I know I will be able to handle it.

I can honestly tell that this is an amazing meditation. I started to listen to it every morning, exactly 1 week ago, and Iโ€™ve already seen positive changes in my mindset. Sometimes, Iโ€™ve noticed that I repeat these affirmations during the day, as if my subconscious mind is memorising them. That is incredibly powerful because it seems that the human mind internalises positive input, like these affirmations, as truth. On the other hand, Chrisโ€™s British accent is really clear, which makes this meditation accesible to any non-native English speaker like me. Thank you so much ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™‚โœจ!!
