Good morning,

Welcome to a brand new day.

You don't even have to leave your bed to do this meditation.

You can lie right where you are,

Or you can get up and lie on the floor.

Much like the rest of this day,

The choice is yours.

Allow the eyes to gently close,

Gently,

Gently.

Feel the weight of the body relaxing on the bed or the surface you are resting on,

And allowing the body to sink deeper into relaxation.

Surrender the body,

Let go,

Surrender.

This is a brand new day,

A day in which you can choose to be the way you want to be.

You don't have to get carried away by stress.

You can slow down and live life at the pace you want to live.

Bring your attention to the belly and notice how it expands on the in-breath.

Notice how it contracts on the out-breath.

Just feel it,

Don't push it.

The breath is a gift,

It is pure grace.

It happens without you having to do a single thing.

It happens just for you.

Appreciate that.

Say thank you to this beautiful breath.

Feel it.

It is literally love pouring in and your job is just to feel it and surrender to the process.

As it comes in say in your mind,

Love.

Just like a mantra,

Love.

And as it leaves,

Surrender.

Say in your mind,

Surrender.

In,

Love.

And on the out-breath,

Surrender.

And keep that going.

Feel the sensations of breath and connect them to the meaning they represent.

Love and surrender.

Reflect how surrender is our act to the love we receive at every moment.

To surrender is to trust the force of love.

And now bring your attention to your heart space.

The spiritual center of emotion in your chest.

Connect to it now.

Remembering that each moment is the unfolding of love and the only true way to live is to surrender to its power.

Let's honour the energy of love with some affirmations.

From your heart centre say,

With every breath I am given to,

I surrender to this love.

With every breath I am given to,

I surrender to this love.

I let go into grace.

I trust in life.

I let go into grace.

I let go into grace.

I trust in life.

I am a being of love.

I will radiate this love to all who cross my path.

I am a being of love.

Thank you so much for accompanying me into the day so wonderfully, that was a very gentle start and I walk through our house with your loving voice and make everything beautiful. It's Christmas and the children are coming tonight. It's a very peaceful day. My husband is still sleeping and it's very nice to listen to you and to become so peaceful, so balanced.
