Message I needed to hear in relation to my siblings since it's been challenging to remember the good since our mom died. Grieving and staying in present at same time. My heart lens looking for good.

Very good wind down when you haven’t got much time before you want to drift off to sleep.

Message received! ❤️🤔😀🧑‍🩰🩰❄️thank you I actually needed to hear just this and feel very grateful. 🙏 By the way: a few days ago I rescued a beautiful orange butterfly that was resting in the sun on the asfalt just outside the metro exit. I am glad it accepted the rescuing (a stick) and it also did let go and went to a safer space.🦋🛟

I looked for the good and found morning sunshine on my face and a warm drink in my hand. Fresh air on my face. I am grateful
