With this course, the student is expected to open paths to merge meditation in a natural and fluid way into their day, moment by moment, as well as integrating meditation into life as it is.
An exploration over five classes that will also be five meditation practices, with a moment of silence at the end of each class for exploration, expression and encounter with the truth through writing.

We integrate meditation into life as a permanent practice, fully aware, feeling and acting with all the body, breath and mind, finding that there is no longer a separation between myself, the other, the context, the place. Enjoy the class!
