We will develop consistency in our meditation practice sustained on its four pillars: Posture, Gesture, Focus, Intention. We will do it lightly and objectively, deconstructing meditation as something easy or difficult, and mainly making evident its simplicity as a practice that anyone, under any circumstances, can introduce and explore in their life, highlighting the perspective “I Am Enough ”. In the final part of each episode, we will have a light meditation practice to flesh out the content of each of the pillars, making the meditation progressively more solid and supported as we progress through the classes. At the end of the course, students are expected to have acquired a more simplified and light perspective and relationship with the practice of meditation and be more supported and available to practice meditation by themselves.
