To meditate is to meditate.
To relax is to relax.
I practice meditation and find myself here.
How am I?
How I feel?
Here and now.
I practice meditation and observe how I breathe now,
What emerges,
What flows,
What disappears.
I practice meditation and look the truth in the eye.
I allow and recognize what is as it is,
Without expectations or judgments,
Without ambitions or even frustrations.
And I meditate without promises,
Whether of clairvoyance,
Serenity,
Pleasure or relaxation.
When I meditate,
I meditate.
When I relax,
I relax.
When I meditate,
I find a relaxed way of doing it,
Without resistance tension or effort.
When I meditate,
I give myself fully to the practice,
With focus,
Lightness and relaxation,
Without much concentration.
When I meditate,
I put all my skills,
Competences and attributes into practice,
Just like I do when I live.
Therefore,
When I live,
I meditate.
When I meditate,
I live.
A big hug in your heart.
See you in the next Daily Pneuma.
Thank you.
