Foodbreak: The Food And I

With Nuno Miguel Teixeira

This course aims to develop a conscious, intimate and free relationship with food. Food as nourishment has direct effects on healing or illness. It brings pleasure, comfort and sustainability. It brings clarity and tranquility or nervousness and anxiety. Food has the potential to support and save a life. Through seven classes we will delve deeper into your relationship with food, how you would like it to be, why certain foods appeal to you more or why you need them at certain times of the day, which diet suits you based on the functions of each food, how you listen to your body in your relationship with food, who you are beyond all of this.

Unfortunately the level of English spoken in the course was not so great. Content was nice, with some reflection. I would have liked more contemplative practices.
