We will explore each of the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space, becoming aware of their characteristics in ourselves, in others and in the world, with self-questioning and personal exploration of each element. This course proposes to know who we are and what we are made of as a means of understanding ourselves and the world, promoting self-acceptance, better comprehension of everything and everyone, respect, and love. We will have guidelines on how to balance, complement, and enhance the presence of each element. A course of 5 classes, connecting to one of the elements per class, with a meditation practice proposal at the end of each class. Thank you, enjoy your meditations!
