Leçon 1
Opening Talk
In this opening talk, you’ll discover a different way of understanding meditation - not as something we have to perfect, but as a practice of coming home to ourselves.
You’ll be introduced to the journey we’ll take together - beginning with creating a sense of inner safety, then learning how to calm and regulate the nervous system, developing emotional steadiness, and gradually cultivating a deeper sense of grounded presence.
This journey isn’t about escaping life — it’s about learning how to meet life with steadiness, awareness, and compassion.
Leçon 2
Safety First: Settling The Nervous System
This session is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and allow your nervous system to settle.
Through slow breathing, grounding awareness, and the supportive resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, you’ll be guided into parasympathetic relaxation - allowing the whole nervous system to soften, release, and deeply rest, cultivating a safe and a steady inner environment
If the lesson seems long - dont worry, there’s just plenty of space to be engulfed by the relaxing sound bath. You are here to relax. To rest. To allow. Take your time. Let yourself be held.
Soundtrack played by Kristof Lambregts, Akshara Sound Healing. For the best experience, headphones are recommended to fully receive the depth of the Tibetan bowls.
Leçon 3
The Gentle Return
Let’s make it calm, simple, and practical. This session introduces a gentle meditation practice to help you feel more grounded and safe in your body.
You’ll learn how to return to your centre when the mind becomes distracted and how small, consistent moments of awareness gradually create emotional stability and grounded presence, in a way that feels natural and accessible.
Reacting is automatic. Responding is trained.
Leçon 4
Meeting Emotions With Steadiness
In this session, you’ll learn how to meet your emotions with steadiness instead of resistance.
Strong feelings are a natural part of life, but many of us were never taught how to relate to them healthily. When we resist or push emotions away, they often become stronger and harder to manage.
You’ll explore how to: Gently stay connected to your calm centre. allow emotions to be felt without becoming overwhelmed, develop a compassionate relationship with what you’re feeling, create a pause between trigger and reaction
Through the guided meditation, you’ll practise giving emotions space in the body while staying grounded and supported. Over time, this helps your nervous system learn that it’s safe to feel, allowing emotions to move through naturally rather than controlling your reactions.
This practice is a powerful step toward greater emotional stability, inner safety, and lasting inner calm.
Leçon 5
Being Present With What Is
Inner peace isn’t about eliminating thoughts, emotions or the busyness of life. Instead, it’s about learning how to stay steady, grounded and present within whatever is arising.
In this practice you’ll gently develop the ability to: Calm and regulate your nervous system, return to your centre when the mind becomes distracted, feel more grounded and connected to your body and hold your inner experience with compassion and openness.
Through the guided meditation, you’ll practise being present with sensations, emotions, and thoughts just as they are, without needing to fix or change anything. Over time, this way of relating to your inner experience creates a deeper sense of presence, stability, and genuine inner calm and peace, even in the middle of everyday life.

Short Closing Out Talk
In this final session, we reflect on the journey we've gone through together on this little course - relaxing the nervous system, returning to your centre, meeting emotions with compassion, and resting in present awareness - and take a tiny moment to remember that healing is an ongoing journey.
Thank you for doing this little course with me!
