Sublime as always Querida Sharon! I swear I could listen to you read the ingredients off a cereal box and it would be a divinely mindful meditation! Your every breath and word are imbued with a deeply personal, relaxed manner that cannot be faked… even the silence we envoke with you is special. Such a contrast to the teachers who work so hard to create peaceful meditations and end up sounding like vague automatons. Thank you so much and much love from the forest of New Mexico. ~Nilz 💖♾️🪽 ☸️♾️🪷

I loved the story and talking about the experience of the innocence and wonder, so much self compassion in it ❤️

Loved the idea of fractals. Be aware that the 20mins is absolute silence which I really appreciated but isn't for everyone

Sincere. Profound. Authentic. Conscise.

Long introduction on Tara, but with very nice joint guided concentration meditation on the breath, combined with the lojong practice of sending love to all sentient beings. (if I remember correctly the word lojong). Kagyu Lineage, lama Arya Drölma, sweet and erudite
