Leigh is a pediatric occupational therapist since 2001. She has a combined over 1,000 hours training in medical therapeutic yoga and hatha yoga and 95-hour children's yoga. She is mindfulness trained through Mindful Schools. Leigh has furthered her training in the area of trauma-informed practices and is a Certified Trauma Practioner Educator and has trained in trauma-informed yoga.
