Welcome to day 21 of your mindfulness challenge.

Today we'll be paying attention to our breath and our body using cooling breath.

Sit tall and comfortable.

Now see if you can make your tongue into the shape of a straw.

If you can't do that,

Just make your lips into the shape of a circle.

Breathe in through your straw or your lips.

Notice the sensation,

The cooling sensation.

Now let your lips relax and just breathe out normally.

Take another deep breath in,

Curl the tongue,

Make your lips into your O,

And then breathe out naturally.

Breathe in,

Feel the sensation of the coolness coming in through your straw like you're sipping your favorite cold drink.

And then breathe out naturally.

One more,

Sip in through your straw,

Cooling your mouth,

Cooling your body on the way in,

And then breathe out.

Cooling breath is a great breath to do if you're feeling upset when there's heat in your body.

So just remember this tool for yourself.

Nice job today.
