In this practice,

We will take a journey through our body,

Exploring and noticing sensations along the way.

Sit tall and proud of who you are.

Your eyes can be closed or your gaze softly down.

Imagine you get into your exploration vehicle.

It can look like anything you like.

Round with wheels,

Maybe it looks like an airplane or something in between.

Now it's time to explore.

First your head.

What do you notice?

Does your head feel heavy?

Can you notice the hair on your head?

What about the sensations in your mouth,

Your tongue,

Your teeth?

What else do you notice about your head?

Now let's travel down your body through your neck.

Consider swallowing on purpose to notice sensations in your neck.

Continue to travel to your shoulders.

Sometimes our shoulders are tense and we don't even know.

What do you notice in your shoulders?

Continue your exploration vehicle down your arms.

Feel their length.

Feel their weight.

Keep moving into your hands.

What kinds of sensations do you notice in your hands?

Is there a temperature?

Do you notice tingling or buzzing?

Now move your vehicle to the center of your body.

Can you become aware of any sensations in your chest?

Maybe your heart beating?

Sometimes our chests feel tight or the opposite,

Spacious with breath.

What do you notice?

Continue exploring down into your belly.

Can you feel your breath there?

Maybe there's some gurgling or you feel hungry.

Our belly can give us many clues to how we feel.

Continue to travel down,

Down into your legs.

Seeing their length,

Their weight.

Keep moving into your feet.

Notice the sensations in your feet.

Is there a temperature there?

Can you feel the pressure of your shoes?

Can you feel the bottoms of your feet on the ground?

What other sensations do you notice in your feet?

Great work exploring your body.

When we take the time to pay attention to ourselves,

We show ourselves we are worthy and important.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Open your eyes.

Lift your chin.

Let go of your mind and get silky.
